At the end of the day these are the largest financial decisions you will be making and they could truly financially make or break your family so you need to always approach a real estate purchase or sale from a logical perspective.
Will Your Children Need To Move Schools?
Moving is stressful no matter what. So if you are terrified that the added stress and chaos of moving will completely torpedo your kid’s academic performance, then it is worth weighing that. However, if you are moving such a short distance that your kids won’t even need to move schools, it really shouldn’t be such a major priority. As long as you set up your kids’ bedrooms so they have a good place to sleep and study from day one in the new house, things should fall into place.
There Is No “Best” Time To Move
People are always asking when is the best time to buy or sell. The thing is...there isn’t a perfect time. As you have always heard, the goal is to buy low and sell high.
